On an off white sheet of card stock I stamped the image of the shoe with flowers and colored it with markers. I stamped the image again on another sheet of off white card stock, colored it and cut out only the shoe. Then I attached the cut out of the shoe on top the original shoe with pop dots.
On the flowers, leaves and ruffle on the shoe - I added glossy accents.
Then I took my ink distressing tool and inked all around the card.
Next, I stamped the flourish and used my trusty "quickie glue" pen to trace the image. After the glue completely dried, I applied copper glitter.
I then added a green strip of ribbon to the bottom and attached the panel to the card base.
Stamped the birthday sentiment on a scrap of white card stock, cut it out and attached it and added a small green bow.
